Where do you source your products and where do you ship them from?

We receive our products from the largest pharmaceutical distributors in Russia. We ship our products from Moscow, Russia because most of our products have a Russian origin and because parcels sent from Moscow are delivered faster.

Where are these supplements and pharmaceutical products produced?

Most of the products are produced in Russia; other countries of manufacture are Belarus, France, Austria, Greece, Germany, Belgium, Latvia and Norway. Many supplements and pharmaceutical products here are spin-offs of post-WWII researches.

How can off-label use be beneficial?

It takes a lot of factors for a drug to be approved for a certain disease. Although drug approval is a stringent, expensive and time-consuming procedure that is made for the public good in some cases approving or not approving a drug is a debatable issue. Many people already aware of research showing the benefits of cannabinoids and psilocybin for depression, PTSDs, chronic pains, etc. Here, we adhere to all the legal norms and do not sell such products, but we offer you less known and more safe compounds that can also be more effective or less harmful in certain situations than typical medications prescribed by doctors. How different are you from other stores out there?

When will my order be dispatched?

We strive to ship all orders within 24-36 hours upon receiving the payment on both working days and on the weekend.

There are however some exceptions to this rule; in particular, when the products are not in our warehouse. For instance, oral peptides such as Cytogens, Cytomaxes and Cytamins as well as some other products that need to be preordered from our supplier first and will, therefore, be shipped to you within 2-4 working days. Our mainstream products such as Cerebrolysin, Semax, Selank, Actovegin, Mildronate are always in stock and will likely be shipped the same or next day.

How long does it take for the parcel to reach me?

If you are from the US, Australia, New Zealand or Canada it can take anything between 15 to 30 days for the parcel to appear in your country. If you are from the EU and the UK, it can take about 10-20 days to be delivered.

Unfortunately, we are left with only one choice regarding shipping methods - Post of Russia. This is because it is the only carrier that allows shipping of non-scheduled supplements and pharmaceutical products from Russia. Post of Russia is a very reliable service meaning that virtually all packages are eventually delivered to the respective countries but it is also notoriously slow. For instance

What is the shelf life of your products?

We try to ship the freshest batches. Most of our products will expire in around three to five years. The exception to this Semax, Selank. They will expire in 2 years if kept in the fridge; however, if kept at the room temperature, they should be used within 1 month. You will find expiry dates located on each pack.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only cryptocurrencies. The reason for it is strict policy of Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and other large financial companies that does not allow making transactions for pharmaceutical products. Such transactions are placed in the same category as gambling, dating, adult entertainment, debt collection, etc. We appreciate you taking time to learn how to use cryptocurrencies and are eager to offer you our help in this process.

Which countries do you ship and not ship to?

We have successfully delivered our parcels to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Israel, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, India, Mexico, Colombia, Oman and many others.

We usually do NOT ship to Brazil, Germany, Spain, Finland, Denmark, Morocco, Norway, Belgium, Portugal, Sweden, Italy, UAE, CIS countries nor to any African country due to customs regulation and not sufficient information on it.

Can you provide a certificate of analysis (COA)?

We can provide COA for each product's batch if you are planning to place several large orders. Still we do think that this is unnecessary as all products are original, can be legally purchased in the drug stores in Russia without prescription (moreover, some of them are on the Russian List of Vital & Essential Drugs). The production facilities, storage facilities undergo a stringent test by the regulation authorities.

When shipping Semax, Selank, Visomitin and Exomitin do you use ice packs?

We do not use ice packs. These are some of the reasons why we believe that it is unnecessary:

• Our Semax/Selank bottles are always new and they expire in a little bit less than 2 years.

• According to Semax drug insert, the drug is to be stored below 10 degrees Celsius (50 F) for a period of two years, which implies that only high temperatures are detrimental.

• The producer of Semax says that it is fine to take Semax with you on a trip and that you do not need to keep it in the fridge, once you started using it.

• There is 0.1% methylparaben in the solution, which acts as a preservative; the vials are also sterile and the drug was produced according to GMP norms, which is likely to increase the storage duration.

• Visomitin should be refrigerated once opened, but it travels well and will retain its potency while in shipment. Many people order Visomitin again after some time.

Is it possible for US citizens to import supplements and non-FDA approved pharmaceutical products?

Yes, absolutely. There have been no seizures of our US parcels. All US parcels are delivered very well and we are always happy to give our refund and reshipment guarantee to our US customers.

This is the information of the FDA on the individual import of these products. The FDA allows import of medicine if the drug is for use for a condition for which effective treatment is not available in the United States; there is no commercialisation or promotion of the drug to U.S. residents; the drug is not representing an unreasonable risk; the individual importing the drug verifies in writing that it is for his or her own use and generally, not more than a 3-month supply of the drug is imported. We do not offer any products that are schedule according to the US law.

How are your products packaged?

Our products are shipped in small cartons and the contents are wrapped in bubble wrap, so that outer package of each product should not be anyhow damaged. Smaller orders can be packed in plastic packets.

Do you promise that these products will have a certain effect on me?

Unlike regular prescription drugs, most supplements and pharmaceutical products that we offer in ur store are known for having different effects on different people. For example, Noopept was shown to have certain positive effects on memory; however, some people claim that it does not improve their memory but instead improves their concentration. And some people say that they feel less emotions. As you see, the effects can be different and we are open about it. Shouldn’t the supplements be bad for my health since they are chemical compounds and not natural?

A molecule is always a molecule. It is up to human to make arbitrary lines and classify some of them as good while others as bad. We synthesize new chemical compounds all the time: when we cook, we are synthesizing new chemical compounds, when we work out, our bodies synthesize new hormones, when we breath we create carbon dioxide and water from glucose and oxygen (C6H12O6 + 6O2 → 6CO2 + 6H2O). Refusing to take chemically synthesized compounds and taking only natural drugs is not related to being healthy. What is related to being healthy is being aware of what the effect of the drug is and taking those that promote long-term health, be it chemically synthesized or natural.
