TENOTEN - USER REVIEWS

Since there are not that many anecdotal experiences available on the English part of the internet, here are the Russian user reviews of Tenoten, translated from Otzovik website (sorted by the newest). These are not cherry-picked, all reviews included, either positive or negative.

The calming effect is very pronounced for me. Without drowsiness, apathy or any other side effects, you just respond less to stressors. Of course, no need to self-medicate, but if your doctor suggested Tenoten for you – listen to his recommendations, it’s a good remedy.

A simple placebo can give you more effects than this drug. For that money, you better to buy vitamins, valerian root or Leonurus.

Very good medication, after the two weeks course I don’t really need to take it three times a day as before. The effects are mild, my sleep normalized, and I stopped worrying about little things. I’ve taken two pills three times a day for the two weeks, and then one pill twice daily.

I have a 3 years old son and he got prescribed with Tenoten for children. After a week he began to limp and said that his feets hurt a lot. I’ve started to take this pills too and experienced pronounced joint pain in hands and feet. After cessation, the pains disappeared. I do not recommend them strongly.

Couple years ago my sister started to take Tenoten during her first exams. She was very pleased with this drug and recommended it for me. So, I’ve been using it for two weeks already. After the first week, my anxiety and inner tension disappeared. I didn’t tried other similar drugs, so I can’t compare with anything, but Tenoten definitely works. I will continue to take it since I have a stressful job.

I took two pills as suggested by the instruction, and after two hours experienced intense pulsating headache. Three pills of citramon didn’t helped. I had wasted my working day and money.

Perhaps I have treatment resistant neurosis with a sleep disorder, but after a month of taking this drug, I didn’t notice anything. I’ve bought it only because it was on a discount. Taken this as suggested by the instruction. The effects according to the leaflet and the commercial are huge, but the expectations weren’t fulfilled. I suggest not to trust commercials and waste your money on a bunk product.

I have some uncommon complaints. Sometimes I see an outline of the object when this object shifts to the left. After MRI scan, the neurologist prescribed a course of Mexidol, Idebenone, and Tenoten for me.

Every medicine prescribed had its own action. For example, while taking mexidol I am noticed that my memory has improved. Tenoten had different action – I became calmer, even during PMS. With the mexidol and Tenoten together my concentration also improved, irrelevant thoughts and noises stopped distracting me. The minor problems that disturbed me before, became so insignificant after Tenoten so I stopped thinking about them. No stress and anxieties. overall, good medication. I think it would be especially beneficial for women with pronounced PMS.

I’ve taken Tenoten while studies in college, during my springtime depression. A lot of exams ahead combined with my poor well-being, so I decided to give it a shot when I saw a commercial. On the 3rd day of the course, I noticed improvement of mood, concentration, and memory. Passed exams without any problems. That’s a good remedy. Pills have a sweet taste and remind chalk. Didn’t noticed side effects nor addiction.

Tenoten is a good remedy for stress relief, I tried it after cardiologist suggested it to me. Didn’t notice the effects immediately, looks like this drug has cumulative action. Tenoten helped me to sleep better, I feel more calm, no nervousnesses, but you need to take it long-term, at least for couple weeks. The treatment is individual for every person, it helps for me but it’s not a panacea, don’t expect 100% effect, the price is also high.

In 2013 doctor prescribed homeopathic Tenoten for me, from my neurasthenia. I took it for quite a long time and didn’t noticed any benefits. I think it’s a bunk product.

My therapist has prescribed “Tenoten” for me to treat my stress. I started to take it with my son, he took kid’s version of Tenoten. Three times a day sublingually, as suggested by the instruction. After a month, my kid became more focused, the effects was most pronounced for him. As for me, I began to sleep better with less anxiety and that’s all. Can’t say that the effects were caused by the pills, probably that’s just a simple self-control. That’s what I want to say – don’t rely on pills, you better to learn on how to control your emotions and combat anxiety. I think

I think I can recommend this, but it’s better to consult with a specialist before.

Taken during my exams, and I was less anxious than usually. I can’t eat and feel nauseous during stress, e.g before exams or any similar event. But when I have taken Tenoten everything was normal, I was able to eat normally. You should dissolve those pills. They have a sweet taste, they’re not disgusting or bitter. I can’t say that they work 100% and that all your worries and anxiety goes away completely, but you became less anxious. While I can’t fall asleep usually, with those pills I can. I suggest you try it, maybe it will help you too.

At the time when I was a student, I’ve taken Afobazol when I juggled exams and job. The effect was good, just what I needed. But this time doctor suggested Tenoten for me. As for me, Tenoten was very anxiolytic, didn’t noticed any effects. But I didn’t experience drowsiness as well as an adverse effect typical for anxiolytics. Summing this up, the drug was completely useless.
